Lifes going pretty good right now. Architecture is taking a lot of time as usual and i'm loving it. I'm honestly just waiting until May 13th when i go to Africa. I'll be in africa for a month and i'll be working on an archeology did in Senegal. it's a burial site. Kind of cool, i never thought i would actually be touching human skulls and stuff. I'm hoping that this will help me see things differently, renew my faith in things and people.

Granted life right now is pretty great. I have some great friends, James and Mariel, who remind me so much of my high school friends. the main difference is that they don't do a lot of the stuff i didn't like in my high school friends and they go to the university and actually understand what i'm going through with school and stuff. mariel is pagan and she will be my roommate next year. She's an art student and she reminds me so much of Kalise and Tara mixed. She still wears Gir shirts. I actually get to see her all the time being she's an art student so we have class in the same building. james is a great friend, he is understanding and easy to talk to and just someone i can open up to. They've really been helping me with everything. And now i have someone to go camping with on Beltaine, i have people to go to renfest and i have people who understand me. I go swing dancing with Mariel on fridays and it's great. i can't believe i love dancing now, i never used to dance in high school. But yeah between swing dancing and latin dancing my weekends are pretty full. it's pretty cool because i'm actually good at dancing, and its interesting that i don't even mind doing the bumping and grinding dancing and all that stuff. I'm so happy with most things in my life.


My grandpa just had a heart attack a few days ago, this is like his 3rd or 4th one, don't quite remember. He also has stage 4 lymphoma. Sothings are getting kind of crazy around here when it comes to him. Also my cousin had a baby, she's so adorable and makes me want kids...but in like 5 years. But i have been able to see my family lately and it's great.
